Cancellation Policy

1. Please pick a timeframe that best fits your schedule for delivery on MONDAYS and FRIDAYS ONLY. 2. Someone has to be present at the time of drop off in order to receive your order. 3. No drop offs will be done on holidays or during extreme weather conditions. If the weather is not suitable, arrangements for another drop off date will be made. 4. Drop offs further than a 25 mile range from my shop location is going to have a delivery fee off $10. I DO NOT DELIEVER TO ANY ADDRESSES further than 30 miles from my shop location. 5. If you do not answer to receive your delivery or no one is available to receive the delivery, the delivery fee will be non-refundable and a new delivery fee will be applied.
