Cancelation

Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment or a refund can not be issued. There will be an offer to reschedule appointment.

Late Fee

Clients are honored a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, appointments will be canceled and still charged full price for service. We have to be mindful and respect appointments that may be scheduled.

Add-On Services

​

Additional services may be added during service. All add on services must be paid at the end of service.

​

No additional people are allowed while receiving services.

All product orders are processed on Mondays and shipped/ deemed ready for pick up as they come in.
